The compulsion to avoid conversations with the other clones is still high, and she doesn't exactly get a ton of calls from other people, social butterfly that she's not. But she heaves a sigh and presses Accept before she can let herself ignore the ringing. ]

...Hey. Sup. It's, uh, it's Jesse.

[ Rubbing the back of his neck a little uneasily while he greets her. ]

Jesse. Hey, what's up?

[ She can't totally hide the surprise in her voice, but it doesn't sound like bad surprise, at least. ]

[ The first question is stupid—she's never heard of someone porting out, porting back in with no memories, and then gradually getting them back. The second question is pure anxiety. It's not like she ever fucked with Jesse's business, but still, they hadn't parted on good terms. ]

Our relationship hasn't been the call and chat kind for a while.

[ She sighs, hesitates. ] It was a long time ago.

[ He knows why his previous self wouldn't have given up the name of this guy: Because Jesse never rolls on his guys, no matter what. Although... That doesn't mean he doesn't understand how that would hurt. How unfair and fucked up that is, especially when someone's family is involved. ]
