[There is knocking on Sarah's door exactly three minutes later.]

[ Sarah opens the door about twenty seconds later, looking suspicious. ]

Oi oi, Alison.

[subourbon]

[Pushing past Sarah and waiting until the door has been closed before she speaks again.]

What does the name "Sarissa" mean to you, hm?

[coppelganger]

[ Sarah steps back with a sigh. ]

Nothing much, to be honest. We just met.

And it just, what... never occurred to you to tell me about it?!

[coppelganger]

No? Of course I was gonna tell you.

[subourbon]

And when were you planning to do that?

[coppelganger]

When I had more information, I guess.

[ If Sarah sounds defensive, that's because she is. Crossing her arms, she stares Alison down, waiting for her to continue. ]

Well, a heads-up would have been the appropriate thing to do!

[And if Alison is angry, it's because she is. Mostly because that would have given her the opportunity to not react in the most paranoid and bitchy way possible.]

[coppelganger]

... Yeah, sorry.

[ What else is she supposed to say? ]

Look, I know you have a lot going on right now. But something like this is important. And I'm pretty sure I made a terrible impression.

[She did. She really did.]

[coppelganger]

[ "It's fine, you made a terrible first impression with me too" is right there on the tip of her tongue, but she manages through sheer force of will not to say it. She understands why Alison is pissed off, but there's nothing she can do to change the way things went. ]

I know it's important, Alison. Trust me, I wouldn't have put off telling you if I thought there was a chance something bad might happen.

That "something bad" could have been our cover story being blown! Do Cosima and Felix even know about her yet?

[coppelganger]

[ Look on the bright side, Alison. At least you're not the last to know. ]
