[surveying the room sadly for a bit before TAKING A DEEP BREATH, and then rolling up her sleeves to sort everything in to "KEEP", "DONATE", and "TRASH" boxes. also cleaning because it's probably filthy :/]

[coming back in like an hour and staring at all the sorting and cleaning that's happened while she was gone]

Well, it was in slightly better condition than Felix's apartment back home. Also a lot smaller.
